We ordered a Ford rear door tire carrier and had FVC ship it to a Vermont FedEx office for us. The box was the size of a bicycle shipping box with extra cardboard limning the box. The contents were well protected with 3 filler boxes to fill voids within the box - great system. The parts box was open, but no parts were missing as each was in separate bags. FVC helped us coordinate a shipping date so that we could plan our trip from Canada and have the shipment arrive within the few days we would be in Vermont. The service includes parcel tracking. This is our second purchase with FVC and will not be our last. Customer service is excellent.

Well made. Fairly easy to install. Ford leaves sharp edges so be carefull. Install instructions are very good. Shipped and received in 3 days.

Finally got my spare KO2 out from under my van and on to the Transit Rear Tire Carrier. Couldn't be happier. Super easy to install and well designed. Now I just need to get my spare rim painted to match the black factory steel rims cuz Ford was too cheap to paint the spare...but I digress. Thanks again for a great and affordable product Flatline!

Hello, I am pleased with the build quality and components included. Stainless fasteners and good instructions on website. Some small issues were present though. No template or decals was included and the pictures for the instructions could show detail better with a flash. Other than those small details overall good product. Time will tell how it holds up on the Adventures.
